procedure to file a complaint against hospital?
i belong to delhi.my daughter who is 22 got a major surgery done few months ago.i was not allowing her to do so but she went to a doctor and he did it without my consent.he just took consent from her younger sister who is 20..now i want to lodge a complaint against that doctor and hospital which he owns..i have all the bills and the surgery slip mentioning the name of that hospital but dont have the discharge slip..are these papers sufficient? what should i do?and is this reason enough to file a complaint against that hospital?and where should i go to file a complaint?..plz tel me the procedure...

I would suggest you ask a lawyer to review the details and see if you have any basis.
I think based on what you say here it will be hard to file if she gave her willing consent and if she is 100% competent. |
