Misdiagnosis
Speeking with one attorney, he exclaimed a malpractice suit does not have much merit. I ask for a second opinion.
The doctor I seen was for a shoulder injury due to car accident that the other party was negligent. The doctor misdiagnosed the exact cuase of my ailment. I under went orthoscopic debrement of my domanent shoulder of the right. Due to the surgery, cuased more irratation and my shoulder locked up two weeks after surgery. Doctor was eager to operate again that week, I declined and got another opinion. Spoke with a prominant doctor and he concurred with mistreatment. Does my case have merit? |

You would have to show the misdiagnosis was negligent and not just that it did not work--a severe error has to have occurred.
