Default pseuodoaneurysm

I had an angiogram performed on December 22, 2008. On christmas morning I awoke in great pain I went to the emergency room where I was informed that the doctor who performed the heart cath. had punctured comletely through my artery in my abdomen resulting in a massive pseuodoaneurysm (please excuse spelling errors). when surgery was performed to repair artery I had become septic and my right leg was "compatmentalized". well the story is too long too post here but is the cardiologist responsible? I have had several surgeries kidney failure I cant walk and I have a large hematoma displacing my bladder causing difficulty as well as another hematoma constricting my nerves in my leg which I am blessed to still have

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to a malpractice attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will normally take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you.
