Default MRSA SuperBug and litigation

As a regular member of WLD, and having tested positive for (HA) MRSA, I discovered others. For me it is just dumb luck, I wont be persuing action. But many others want information. So I was hoping a practicioner may be interested in at least setting down the circumstances that such action would be viable. The statistics say, because of this infection

52 people died today.

Many people are "cultured" for MRSA. However, in blind trust, they simply never ask for the results or an explanation of them. I am hoping this will change. In fact I am hoping that legislators will enact legislation for testing.

To see an example of a culture, and a brief general explanation you can visit the following link.
