Limit of time to sue for malpractice or negligence
Is there a limit of time to sue for malpractice or negligence?... my daughter died 11 years ago.
The case happened in New York city. Thanks for any advice, Bradley |

That is usually too long...two to four years is the max unless you never could have known what happened until now?
