I had a motorcycle accident June 08. I was seen at Wytheville Community
Hospital, in Wytheville Va. where I was concidered a trama patient and therefore was sent to Bristol Medical Center in Bristol Tenn. I had no medical insurance. I had a broken collar bone, three broken ribs, and broken fingers,a concussion, along with numerous cuts and scrapes. My collar bone was not set by anyone in Bristol or Wytheville. I am now told that I need surgery on my collar bone by my pain management doctors in Roanoke Va.My question is whether or not I have some kind of malpractice suit against either hospital or any surgens? Thanks for your response. |

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to a malpractice attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will normally take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you. You may also email World Law Direct on their home page to discuss.
