if med. assistant calls in script on phone for lon-time patient, because she cannot locate doctor, same day patient is rushed to emergency,when doc arrived at hospital, patient in respritory failure, and dies,is it malfeasance?
criminal or civil? is doctor charged or assistant? |

That cannot be done and the asst could be charged criminally. |
