Default rights in changing hospital [child]

hello my son is 14 & has cystic fibrosis he wants to transfer to a different [cf trust approved] cf centre but he is on cp for neglect what are the legalities of changing hospital please ? thanks . there will be absolutely no doubt that his cf care needs will be continued to be met & appointments attended. we are in uk
