basically called me a liar

in oct of 07 i had rotater cuff repair surgery.was told that things in surgery went well and was ordered to start p/t after a week...well went to p/t and right from the start it was obvious something wasnt right..i reported this to the doc .he said i was fine and nothing was wrong w/me..so kept going to p/t and the shoulder got worse and worse..now it wasnt just me telling the doc something wasn't right..the p/t therapists were telling the doc that some thing was wrong.and still he wouldnt hear any of it.so this went on for 31/2 mos and i had finally had enough..i demanded that workers comp send me to another doc..well upon his examination the second doc told me that my rotater cuff was torn.i informed him that i had just had that fixed...after he looked at the medical records from the first doctor .he informed me that id be going back in for a second surgery..when i asked him why i needed another surgery he informed me that the first doc didnt fix the tear in my rotater cuff..which is still a mystery to myself and the second doctor.but in the process of putting myself through p/t with a rotater cuff that wasnt repaired it turned what was a relatively small tear into what the second doctor called a massive tear.. would like any advice anyone could give me..im trying to sue doc # 1 for neglagence/malpractice but here where i live...tort reform bills seem to have made that impossible
