my goldbblader was fine and they removed

i went to er for abdominal pain, they removed my goldbblader, this was perfectly fine, no calculos, no infeccion, nothing, i continue sick, after surgery i went home, next day my body was all swelling, i went back to er again, they took a lot of test, but they couldnt find anything, now i have a doctor that knows what my problem is, and he said it was a medical malpractice.
