Internal Bleeding/ Dr wouldn't come do surgery till morning

Hi! I'm just asking for advice here. Not sure what to do. Recently I went into the ER. I was in severe pain and bleeding internally from an ectopic pregnancy. The ER doctor called my OB/GYN to tell her what was happening and she told her she would come in the morning to do surgery. What?!? After the ER doctor told me I ended up calling the answering service for my doctor. After 30 minutes and no return call back, I called the service back again. I was told by the operator that my doctor said that if I called back to tell me to direct any questions to the nurse. That she would not be in till the morning and would talk to me then and perform the surgery. I was then admitted to the floor to wait in torture for God knows how many hours. I was placed on a PCA pump getting Morphine IV ever 10 minutes with no pain relief. Finally, I went into shock. I was screaming, couldn't breathe, nurses were in the room holding me, rubbing my back etc. After the nurses called my doctor several times about my pain level, etc she came in about 5 or 6 am. I don't know what to do. There are so many more issues that happened. I am still having nightmares about this. Any advice would be appreciated!
