Default do I have a case

Ok, about 2 years ago I found out I had A-Fib. Last year after drugs didn't help we decided to have a pulm. ablation done. The dr. did the procedure and when he was done came in and told me that it was difficult to get to where he needed to in the heart to ablate. Long story short he told me he "burnt the hell out of it", thats a quote. He went on about how extensive burning he had to do. Well all was fine and dandy because my heart was in normal rythem for about 10 months. I began having chest pain. Come to find out I got pulmanary vein stenosis caused from the ablation. Now this has happened before, what happens is when they burn around the vein if you get to close or burn to much then the scar tissue that forms clogs the vein completely. I've had that vein ballooned, didn't work, I had it stinted and that has held for a month or so. It has caused the bottom left half of my lung to completely die. If the stint doesn't hold I may loose my left lung. What got me upset was I was never told about this particular possibility as a risk, but mostly because I've been reading articles on the ablation procedure and they all warn of extensive burning or burning to close to the vein results in stenosis. Most recomend trying hard to stay away and doing the procedure again if the first try doesn't work.
I think my Dr. went way over board and put my life in risk by burning as much as he did! I'm going to have to pay for it forever.
