My husband was diagnosed 6 mo ago with Small cell Lung cancer. He became sick with an upper respiratory infection (?) and went to the MD, he was hoarse and coughing (both are clear signs & symptoms of lung cancer), after 2 days I had him to call them back because he was getting worse, very short of breath in walking 5 feet, and I could hear pneumonia in his luns (I am an RN). He told them how short of breath and how he was worse & his wife could hear pneumonia but they were so busy they couldn

you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to a malpractice attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys --- the review of your case and records is usually free and then they will take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win
