Re: Family Law
Trial conference is set for next month and we need to know what forms to file in order to reverse a DV RO that was based on hearsay and was not argued in court not realizing there was going to be an impact on decision of judge and not let respondent have unsupervised visits. Judge did not fully inform Respondent of liable outcome if they were to not argue such motion. Unlike other courtrooms and or judges they have fully informed Respondents of what such decision can do, giving Respondent time to set postponed court date or to find legal representation to get a full scope of decision. No police reports are on file and have no history of DV, Pls Advice!
