my husband abandoned us when my son was 1 day old, his name is on his birth certificate. He has not seen his son or wants anything to do with us, he has not paid any money whatsoever in regards to the child or me, he left us and so i went to africa and he didn't care where we go, he has not given any inclination he wants us in his life, he is already in another relationship, now i want to move out of my parents home and go live in england, i am a british citizen and carry a british passport, my son was born in canada and carries a canadian passport but we have not gone back to canada now my son is almost 3 and i would like to settle back in england how can i do this and can i get help in settling down there please need advice
