my wife and other siblings are at odds with trust attorneys involved. other are threatening criminals charge if she explaining their ridiculous financial activities list to their satisfaction. The list was typed up by other family member and spouses, no supporting documents and their lawyer presented this to my wife to explain, 5 years worth. brother was on All account, but it appears he waiting until thing got confusing. we lived , took care of repair her home, but we were guest in the home for 5 year they say. they say we needed a contract to care for her as family. She ask us to come so she could stay in her home. Now they say my wife took financial advantage of her, but they say , for their needs,Mom is competent enough to understand. What's the deal here? I advised my wife to seek legal criminal counsel and advised before this garbage goes to far. They like a pack of hyenas drooling over wound prey. They offered no help , but all banned together bring her down. That's not family, that a mob.
