Astounding unjustified murder case
Request for fair legal help

Dear Sir or Madam:


We are Gao Disen and Hou Xiaoxia, the parents of the victim Gao Baiou, from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. Our son Baiou Gao was cruelly murdered in Rome, Italy, on July.28, 2006. Our son, who was born on December 7, 1975, held a legal Italian residence card..

After Gao Baiou’s case, Tao Tugen and some other officials of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China who were in charge of the case, in coordination with Zhu Jun etc(Zhu Jun, Chinese, Roman Guang Yu Trade Company, the ringleader of the Chinese Mafia-style organizations in Rome), concealed the real cause of the death. They have delibrately disobeyed the constitution, law and consular protection statute of both China and Italy. Their deeds are totally against ‘the Declaration of the Rights of Man’ and ‘Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims’ of the United Nations. By abusing their authority, the rights and interests of the relatives of the victim that the law gives were totally deprived. In this way, the planned and premeditated Gao Baiou murder case, which was also unjustly and falsely judged, was made in the Roman Criminal Court.

After our son Gao Baiou was murdered, Roman police informed the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China about the accident of Gao Baiou, whereas Tao Tugen and other officials didn’t notify us kinsfolk about the murder case of Gao Baiou, and said nothing of assisting us kinsfolk of Gao Baiou. Instead, they took advantage of loopholes in visa laws, maliciously made excuses, and obstructed us going to Italy to find out the real cause of Gao Baiou’s death. At last, we were denied visas without any just reason. Additionally, after Gao Baiou’s death, they quickly controlled, threatened and interupted those Chinese who knew about the case. As a result, those Chinese tried to avoid meeting us, not daring to speak out the fact. Zhu Jun and others used threats of violence against our Italian relatives Zhu Haihui and Li Weiguo to cause them to leave Rome for China shortly after the murder case happened, ie early August of 2006, and not to meet us. Additionally, they blockaded all of the information relevant to the case, no public news report, and made malicious false reports, hiding the truth in making reports. Just after Gao Baiou’s accident, Zhu Jun and others immediately started to spread rumors everywhere. Without any evidence, they made a conclusion for the case in advance. The conclusion was as follows: Gao Baiou’s death had nothing to do with any other people, which obstructed the investigation and made it impossible to promptly find out the true cause of death.Our requests for details of the case, and for contact information of people who could help were totally refused and ignored by them.

Since we were denied visas without any just reason, Tao Tugen and Zhu Jun etc forged our signatures on a standing order in the Roman Criminal Court. They bribed two fake witnesses, and asked two Chinese impostors to appear in Roman Criminal Court instead of us. The public procurator Cavallone accepted the forged standing order. collaborating with one another, a crime group was formed. In the mean time, as the kinsfolk of Gao Baiou, we knew nothing about the case or the judicial procedure. In fact, in November,2006, we were in China, so it was impossible for us to appear in the Roman Criminal Court and sign documents there. Our passports can be used as a testimonial. If we want to mail our standing order, we would have to go through the following procedure: first go through Shaoxing notary office; second, to be appoved by Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang province; third, to be approved by the consular office of Italy in Shanghai. All of the above procedures are regular and lawful formalities, which also can be checked. At present, we have hard evidence that the standing order was forged.

Since we were denied visas without any just reason, during the period of October to December, 2006, we wrote several letters in regards to our suspicions about Zhu Jun etc in Chinese and Italian. We requested that the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Rome turn over our letters to the Roman Police. However, Tao Tugen and other officials refused to turn over our letters to the police. Their excuse was that it would influence the fairness of the judicial procedure. Unfortunately, the content of the letter was revealed to the suspicious criminals Zhu Jun etc by some officials of the Embassy.

Since we were denied visas without any just reason, we all but begged the Embassy to tell us the price and relavant formalities for carrying Gao Baiou’s remains back to China. But Tao Tugen and other officials just ignored our request. Then suddenly on November 30,2006, Li Weiguo called us and told us that Gao Baiou’s remains had been diposed of without informing us Gao Baiou’s family members. As the remains were important evidence of the whole case, the murderer was very afraid of keeping Gao Baiou’s remains intact. In order to cover their guilt, they forged a standing order, and then destroyed the remains.

Since we were denied visas without any justified reason, we repeatedly requested the embassy to recommend lawyers and translators to us. However, our requests were all denied by Tao Tugen and other officials. Moreover, when we were contentedly trying to contact Italian lawyers to find out the true cause of the case, they utmostly obstructed us in our efforts. At last, our lawyer was forced to give up investigating the case. All of the judicial documents were illegally acquired and withheld by them, until now, which still haven’t been given to us. Our loving son Gao Baiou was murdered, unexpectedly without any judicial documents, without any investigation report of the accident from the Police Station, without the real death identification report from a legal medical expert, without any conclusive report of the accident, without notifying the relatives of the victim. Using their position, bribing and forging, Tao Tugen and Zhu Jun etc made false phenomenon of the accident! What kind of evil deeds are they going to cover?

After the death of Gao Baiou, his company, property and other expensive and valuable items were looted completely.

Tao Tugen and others attributed all responsibilities of their illegal deeds to Italian government, denying all knowledge of the event. No legal basis, no factual ground, their deeds were totally without reason.

At ten o’clock on April 22, 2008, the chief official Zhao Haihan who was in charge of Gao Baiou’s case of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, asked us on the phone to write an appeal letter and translate it into Italian, following which the Chinese Foreign Ministry would help us turn it over to the judicial authority of Italy, so that the death of Gao Baiou would be reinvestigated. In the meantime, we were requested not to write anything about the illegall deeds of the Embassy officials. On May 12, 2008, at the East Reception Room(DongMen JieDaiShi) of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, we handed in our appeal letters to Zhao Hanhai requesting him to turn them over to Italian Procuratorate. Until now, seven months have past, we still haven’t got any news, not even the contact number of Italian procuratorate.

Italian judicial principles are as follows: First, party or persons involved are equal; Second, judgments are to be made public; Third, the principles of directness in verbalization; Fourth, the principle of pretrial procedure; Fifth, basic standards for fair and justified treatment as stated in the international treaty are as follows: 1) Everyone is equal before the court and the judge; 2) At the time of judgement, with regards to the criminal charges raised by anybody, or with regards to confirming one’s rights and duties in a case, everybody is qualified to have a just and open judicial trial in a legitimate, independent and fair court; 3) The victim has the right to be informed of the feature and reasons of the case; 4) allow enough time for participants to choose their own lawyer, prepare their own defence and formulate their pleas;5) the principle of ensuring the rights of the involved parties or persons; 6) free help from translators should be available; 7) Time of judgment should not be delayed without reason; 8) In the event of a misjudged case, one has the right to a retrial and compensation.

Tao Tugen and other officials of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Rome, Italy, colluded with Zhu Jun, procurator Cavallone, delibrately broke the law, maliciously abused their authority, deprived us of all of our legal rights, which increased our bitterness and humilation. They show no signs of their basic human conscience and moral. Their deeds are the most cruel Fascist savage act. But they can’t cover their evil deeds.

The above facts and evidence are the truths of the case. We can bear the legal responsibility. Concrete materials and evidence can be provided.

I have 2 children under 18....one lives with me the other with her mother...my ex doesn't work ...do i have to pay child support...shouldn't it just equal out? why shouldn't she be made to work to support herself and the other child?

Hello, My boyfriend and his ex wife have been divorced for 7 months. He has never been late on child suport and he gets his kids every weekend as per court order. She has quit her job or got fired we dont know she's told different people different things but anyway she is threatening to take him back to court for modification. Can she do that if he's went by the divorce papers?

(driving lenience and address in Malaysia). also i have the account number and the name of the man who received the money that i sent. so please help me to find this person and want my money back. thank you.

You will need to hire a private investigator to locate the man.

However, even if you do find him, you will need to prove that the money given was to be repaid, and not a gift. If you have nothing in writing stating that the money was a loan, then it will be difficult to prove that repayment was intended.

It sounds to me like this will be a very expensive lesson in what NOT to do in the future.
