I am a shareholder in a Turkish Ltd company Last year the founding Turkish partner died .Since then running costs of the company have been met by myself.We agreed with the estate of partner a figure for his capital introduced.However although the company has assets there is no cash.Failed attempts to raise capital have now left the company with no cash and increasing pressure from creditors.I would like to clarify my legal position reference aged creditors and legal actions now being taken against the company
