Default Dewey Delays: Deadline for ‘Clawback’ Settlement Extended

Former partners of the failed law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP just got another 48 hours to decide whether they want to take part in a $90.4 million “clawback” settlement that would release them from future liability in exchange for a portion of money they got in 2011 and 2012.
