How the Affordable Care Act Ruling Affected Its Price
The Congressional Budget Office recalculated the cost of the Affordable Care Act, adjusting for the Supreme Court's decision to loosen the law's requirement that states expand Medicaid coverage.
 About half of those earn 38% more than the federal poverty level and would be eligible for subsidies to purchase their own insurance through exchanges that are also scheduled to open in 2014 as part of the health law, the CBO estimated. More... |

Everyone is talking about health care. Much work is to be done with this proposed law. Part of the Affordable Care Act is the creation of “health care trades.” The trades will essentially be online areas where individuals can shop for health insurance. The states are supposed to create them, but those that don't will get a federal exchange enforced on them.
