Default Ex-McKinsey Consultant Avoids Jail Time After Insider Cooperation

Anil Kumar, a former McKinsey & Co. consultant who cooperated in a government crackdown on insider trading, avoided jail time and was sentenced to two years probation in Manhattan federal court on Thursday.
