A Multnomah County judge found a man who stripped in protest of TSA airport security measures not guilty of indecent exposure, ruling that the act was protected speech.



John Brennan testifies during his trial Wednesday in Portland, Ore.

Nudity is a violation of Oregon indecency law only if it involves sex in public or is achieved “with the intent of arousing the sexual desire” of another person, according to the AP.
