Obama Nominates Two to the DC Circuit
President Obama nominated Srikanth "Sri" Srinivasan and Caitlin Halligan to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, informally known as the second-highest court in the land, the White House announced Monday.
