Default Jaycee Dugard Sues U.S. Over Her Captivity
Jaycee Dugard filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against the U.S. Government, alleging that federal law enforcement agents share blame for her years of captivity.

Dugard has also alleged that California failed to properly supervise Garrido, and she earlier reached a $20 million settlement with the state of California. Any additional amount she recovers in her suit against the federal government will be donated to the JAYC Foundation, which was established to provide support and services for families recovering from abduction, according to a statement issued yesterday by a public relations firm working with Dugard.
