Loughner’s Lawyers Claim He is Being Improperly Medicated
Lawyer for Arizona gunman Jared Loughner's filed an emergency motion yesterday claiming that authorities at the Missouri prison hospital where Loughner is detained have forcibly medicated him, despite an 9th Circuit order restricting the prison's right to administer drugs.
 On Monday, prison officials, believing Loughner to be an “immediate danger to himself,” allegedly gave him two doses of a powerful psychotropic drug, his lawyers claim in the court filing. More... |
