McCourts Reach Divorce Truce (settlement, post-nuptial agreement)
Frank and Jamie McCourt today announced a settlement of their protracted, bitter divorce.
 The main sticking point has been a dispute over the couple’s post-nuptial agreement, namely whether the agreement grants Frank sole ownership of the Dodgers or instead designates Jamie as co-owner. The McCourts agreed in the settlement to a one-day trial in which Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon can make the final determination of whether the Dodgers are a joint venture between the couple or just Frank’s property, the Los Angeles Times reports.
