Supreme Court Upholds Arizona Immigration Law
The Supreme Court today backed an Arizona law that sanctions businesses that hire illegal immigrants. On a 5-3 vote, the court held that federal immigration law does not preempt Arizona from suspending or revoking the licenses of businesses that violate state immigration law.
