Default Rajaratnam to Take the Stand in His Own Defense

It's T-minus one for Raj Rajaratnam.

The highly anticipated insider-trading case involving Rajaratnam, the billionaire co-founder of hedge fund Galleon group, kicks off on Tuesday. Rajaratnam has been charged on 14 counts of securities fraud and conspiracy relating to alleged instances of trading on inside information.

He has steadfastly maintained his innocence.
