![]() The buzz in these parts this morning is all about Citigroup, the latest beneficiary of government largesse. The financial-services behemoth, whose stock last week fell off a cliff, last night reached a deal with government officials whereby the government would absorb potentially hundreds of billions in losses on toxic assets.
