Illegal apartment
I currently found out that I live in an illegal apartment. So I now have to vacate. Do I have to continue to pay rent on an illegal apartment?

You have to pay rent as long as you are living there. If you have been given an order to vacate, you need to be sure to do so before it expires. The LL has probably been ordered by the city to empty that unit. He will have no choice but to evict you if you are not out in time. The city will force him to do this. Start looking for a place and move quickly.
