Confused Neighbor and Landlord Woes

Hi everybody. I'm new here and have a couple quick questions.

My fiance and I recently moved into a mobile home and are having problems with the neighbors. The problem arose when my fiance's brother parked his truck in front of the house while moving some furniture, his truck was parked in front of the house with the front almost leading into our driveway. The neighbor threw a fit saying the truck was blocking her driveway (which it in no way was) and cursed up a storm to have him move the truck. Being that we were almost ready to leave anyways, we finished loading up and decided to head out (not really wanting a confrontation). When we returned, the neighbor had management out complaining about how my fiance's brother threatened her and confronted her and made her feel unsafe. The rep didn't seem to be buying it and actually confronted her about the way her car was parked sticking out of the driveway which was against her lease. To make a long story short, since that day, she parks her 90's Chevy Suburban (the big ones that everybody drove before gas prices shot up) with the front end at the end of the driveway, wheels curbed making it almost impossible to park in our carport without running over our plant garden/mailbox. Now, to really understand the problem, our driveway literaly leads into hers, with her truck in the driveway we have approximately 6 ft of driveway (the rest of the driveway is about 8-10 ft wide), with her front wheels turned we lose almost 6 inches of driveway.

Recently, we started to park our car as close to the "dividing line" between the homes and had management call us that we are parking our car on the neighbors property. When we heard this, we threw a fit because for over 1 month now they have been parking their car in front of the house for extended periods (which is against our lease), and because there are no clear lines between the homes (being as they face each other). Of course management said they were "unaware" of the neighbors parking as such and apologized, they even requested we contact them whenever the neighbors park in front for extended periods. We did, and they said they would do something about it, the park manager drove up, looked at the truck and drove away. He returned later, car parked in the same spot, looked at the car and drove away. Everytime the car is parked in front we call, and get the same response.

So I really would like some advice as to what we can do to ensure we don't have any problems with the neighbors and so management doesn't take us for granted? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advace.
