Angry i hold lease and want to evict roomate..

I am the lease holder...for the my two bedroom apt..

I actually moved out before the end of the year and subletted the two bedrooms to two people....who pay me...

one of the roomates has not only been disrespectful of property bu staining the walls with who knows what... but has recently pulled a knife on a friend in the apartment....a police report has officially been filed....

I have had enough...

How or can I kick her out...?
