I'm a home owner living with my Ex. After our breakup she agreed to leave by August. Its now November and she is still there because she can't find a job. I have learned that she's stolen my identity amongst other things. I just want her out of my house but, she is very litigious. What is the best way to legally evict her?

If it's your house you can evict her just as any tenant that has overstayed.
Your local court has forms. |

Assuming you have no written agreement with her and she is paying no rent, she is considered a tenant at will. Begin by giving her a written 30 day notice to vacate the premises. (Keep a copy of this.) If she fails to leave, then go through the court eviction according to your state's laws. It's not fast, but the only legal way to get her to leave.
