Personal issues with other tenants

I have a neighbor in my mobile home park that has a damaged trailer , and CPS and the Sheriff threatened the removal of her kids until repairs were made , I offered to help her kids out , now I am being threatened with eviction for helping them , the park manager says "they are dirty people and will infest my household with bugs ( aka roaches ) I am pretty clean , not OCD clean but I havent had any issues with bugs except flies ( its summer time ) is my landlord allowed to do this to me cause she has a personal issue with the other tenants

I wish to inform you that your landlord can take action against you if any of the terms of lease is violated. If you are helping your neighbor then this cannot be a ground for taking action because lease terms are not violated. If you are having fixed term lease then early termination by landlord can make him liable for breach of lease contract. You will have to take care that while helping you do not violate your lease terms.

It is unfortunate you have such a judgmental manager who obviously wants these people out because of their poor living standards. If you cannot convince the manager to allow you to improve their circumstances by helping them out, then you will be just making trouble for yourself by socializing with them.

Do your best to convince your manager that you are helping them do things they cannot do themself which will benefit the park in the long run. If you can. If you cannot, then the political reality is you need to back off so you are not on the manager's list of least favorite people, too.
