Default Boarder vs Tenant (a boarding house in Ontario)

I have run my farm as a boarding house since 1970. Now I have a difficult boarder whom I gave notice to vacate June 30, 2012 and he has filed a complaint with the Landlord and Tenant Act of Ontario and had the OPP here twice. He refuses to leave. The court date is not until August 8th., 2012. I am very anxious having him stay here that long. He has be derelict in his duties on the farm, he has been disrespectful to me and my home and contents, he has been asked to keep his cats in his room but does not, he has been asked to pick up any beer cans of his from the property, he has been asked to clean his dishes and the shared kitchen daily, he has been asked not to park some of his pleasure vehicles where he has done so. I hired someone to do his chores and place all of his belongings scattered across the entire boarding space into totes and put them in his closet. I have always had boarders so I can control who stays and goes. There is no lease, no signatures, and it has been cash which I report on my income taxes. Now he gave me a check for July's rent and I will not cash it.
How can I get him out before August 8th? He is also claiming $3000 to get another place since mine is so cheap and $1000 to move!
Please advise.

I wish to inform you that you can move the boarder through eviction order from court. You can claim rent till the date boarder has not left the premises because your premises is under use. The time required for eviction through court order is the minimum time which will be taken if boarder does not leave willingly.

If you filed a formal eviction notice and case on him, when it comes down to it in court and it is obvious he does not intend to leave until them, be sure you have tallied the monetary value of the chores he has not done, what you have had to pay other people, and rent until the day he leaves. Whatever documentation you can provide at the hearing will be a plus, too, like pictures that depict the problems he has created.
