Landlord entered my place without noticr
I was switching apartments and my landlord sent a maintenance guy and a female rental agent into my apartment to do a "walk through" while I was sleeping and woke me up. I was very naked at the time they woke me up. I was given no notice whatsoever. The next day I signed a new lease for the new apartment and have since moved in. Do I have any legal recourse against the landlord and if so how would I go about it? Any advice anyone could give me would be greatly apreciated as the manager of the apartment complex i live in is very arrogant and refuses to even apologize for her mistake. Thank you.

You normally can give a warning not to enter w/o permission. You could file a police report if you think there was some malicious intent involved.
