non-paying tenant files bankruptcy
Current tenant owes landlord 4 months back rent. Tenant recently filed bankruptcy, claims to have a disability and is waiting for disability income to start. Lease up in March 2008. Tenant has been taken to court twice for non-payment but files an appeal each time. Can tenant be put out since it is evident that she cannot pay?
