no proof accusations by land lady

we have recently moved into a townhouse complex where we are renting. since we moved here it has been one thing after another. our 8 year old hs been accused of breaking into the house next door. our 14 yo has reported prformed sex acts out by the pool in front of other people. our land lady says that she has video tape proof but we have not seen it. we have had to make our kids stay inside to be certain that no more complaints can be made. the land lady can to walk thru our home because she heard there were 5 adults living here. all of these things are not true. what can i do? it is not fair that my kids have to stay in all the time while everyone else's are running around as they please. i believe a lot of the problem stems from the fact that i am white and my husband is native american. i also have a daughter that stays with her black boyfriend. there were calls to the land lady about him coming and going at all hours (even though he was helping us move in). we would really just like to move from here but we have a 12 month lease. we have considered libel/slander action. is there anything we can do?

You can just ignore those things if you wish. If they really had proof the police would be involved.
