Question No Water to Rental House

I found out that the water to my home is supplied illegally from the house next door that is owned by someone other than my landlord. The house next door is up for sale and the people that want to purchase it want to severe the water supply to our rental home as soon as they take over. My landlord does not want to pay to put in a well or run city water to our house so he plans on evicting us due to having no water supply. Is this legal? What are my options?? Please advise. Thank you.

Default Re: No Water to Rental House

No--you may sue the LL for damages, break the lease, and/or report him to the city. He is violating local codes.
