Questions about security deposit kept by landlord
Arizona/ I was evicted, not due to non payment but that i had pets at a rental property, on June 13th. I had already paid for the full month of June, landlord refuses to give back the remaining rent which is approx $490, plus a pet deposit of $200. she sent me letter stating she has used the $975 security deposit but there is no mention of these other amounts she has. I'm wondering what I need to do to get it back if i am even able to. Do i take her back to court?
