closing and tenants
If I close on a property while there are tenants still living in the property, what are my rights as the new homeowner who plans to occupy the property as a primary residence? The eviction process is underway, but I am ready to move into the property and the tenants are still there.

You can evict them but normally must respect any existing lease.
