RENTER
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN GET MY RENTERS REBATE FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS,MY LANDLORD HAS REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NEEDED CERTIFICATE

Sue him in small claims if the document is due you...and he won't comply.
