Default Income qualifications

How can you get a new rental with the same thing you have now without going through the qualifications.
I found severl apartments, that include heat, and mine does not now, all fr the same price or even lower than I pay now but they have qualifications I cannot meet? I dont mke enough on my social security check for qualifiying.
What if I paid a neighbor here to say i baby sit for her for so much each week or month to pass the qualifying? would that work?
I tin some one would do it if i paid them $25 to take the phone call from the new apartment and say yes, I baby sit her kids for such and such an amount, and when I am accepted to move in pay her another $25.
How would anyone know this was not so? I onlu want to live in a cheaper, but better and safer apartment and can pay the rent with no trouble as it is even less than I pay now.

Usually if you don't qualify then the rent is probably too high and you should be looking at even cheaper places. Don't provide fraudulent info--that could come back to hurt you seriously.

Baby sitting is cash always and never are taxes paid on it. And all the other places are slum city, unsafe, bad neighbors, noisy, crimes etc. This place has a $35 senior discount, safer, cheaper and smaller. I pay all my bills and lefy over money each month now and social security checks go up each year $40 or so, it is a cost of living raise
