Default Advice on removing a trailer from property in PA

My wife and I recently obtained some property in Pennsylvania, on which we are looking to start our homestead. We own the property 100%. There is a gentlemen who owns a trailer and has it parked on the property. He has never paid rent, nor had a lease with the previous owner. We are unsure in what manner to proceed to have him vacate the property and have not confronted him to discuss this issue yet as we wanted to know our legal boundaries first.

All of our current research leads us to information dealing with eviction of those who had a lease or paid some form of rent. Any advice or assistance in finding more information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Form the facts it is understood that you are the absolute owner of the property .Then you have the full right to protect your property from outsiders/cattle grazing etc. So if that gentleman is parking the trailer in your property then convince him that it is your property and ask him not to park the trailer in your property. You can have a mediation talk with him that will be better. Even after that he is repeating the same, and then you can fix a hoarding ‘trespassers will be prosecuted’. In normal case he won’t try to repeat the same. But he is again trying to violate your warning then you can approach the police authorities and file a complaint against him. So be quick in your action and evict the trespasser at the earliest. Best of Luck

I wish to inform you that you may first give a notice to other person that trailer should be removed. In this regard if the person does not remove then you may file an eviction lawsuit. You may not remove yourself trailer from the property.
