Default Privacy law question (the state of Texas)

I live in an apartment with my fiance'. I am on the lease; he is not. On paper, he is not supposed to live there, but the apartment manager and leasing assistant both know he does. The apartment manager is somehow related to my fiance's family through marriage, but they are not close.
A maintenance man came into my apartment recently and saw that my house was cluttered (not dirty, nothing against the apartment codes, and nothing unsanitary) and I assume he reported back to the apartment manager.
Two days later my future mother-in-law told me my apartment manager told her that our apartment was too messy. This greatly bothered by fiance.

Do we have grounds to sue our apartment manager on ground of something like breaking privacy and telling a third party of the goings on in my apartment? I live in Texas, if state law matters.
Thanks.

Nothing illegal happened here.

The apartment manager is not bound by any privacy laws or agreements unless something is expressly written into your lease (which I doubt is the case).

If you don't want people talking about your messy house, either keep it neater or don't let folk come visit.
