EEK! they gotta go

I allowed my girlfriends daughter to stay with us while her fiance served a 1 year sentence. He is now out and they won't leave. The initial agreement was $100.00 a week, however she has reneged on that. Her story is that I have to give 30 days notice, my story is for week to week agreement, 3 days is required. Now my live in has taken their side so now I want her out as well. I am being made an outsider in a house that is costing almost $1500.00 a month for a mortgage alone, and no one else comes up with any funds. Can I remove all services (water, bathroom, elect, phone)legally to force them out?Install deadbolt locks on baths and etc.? I'm desperate in Florida.

Default Re: they gotta go

No--you need to evict them in local court now. But it is easy to do. The court has forms you can use.
