We had to go to well fare for help, they gave the landlord 700$ for rent, if he accepts he cancels writ. We extended court date, and then he accepted his money from well fare. We thought he canceled as per agreement with well fare. Yesterday we got a letter saying we defaulted and that basicly monday he can kick us out. And now we can go to well fare and they will pull his 700$ and get in trouble but we get kicked out and hes saying we owe more money when we dont since well fare paid for everything and hes supposed to pay for the court fee (also in well fare/landlord agreement), We can go to the court house and show we paid and he was supposed to cancel the writ and he didnt. So what are we supposed to do? Is there anything else we can do?
