No Written Lease Among Friends

I wish to inform you that your rights are governed by laws of your state. In this regard generally you will be given a written notice before your tenancy can be terminated. Further as you are a tenant therefore your rights of tenant will be there. In case you do not have a written lease agreement then your lease may be treated as month to month lease agreement.

Without a lease you can be asked to leave with 30 days notice.
