We currently own a home ( Ohio ) that has been for sale for 6 months with no luck of selling yet, so when our listing is up with the realtor we are considering renting the house so it does not sit empty, and we don't have two house payments. We will be doing a years lease rental. My question is: Currently there are NO appliances in the home, do we , as the landlord, need to provide atleast a refigerator and stove? Thank you

You can agree otherwise with the tenant and he can buy them or pay part etc.-- but normally the major appliances are provided.
