Big health concerns; MAJOR roach infestation

I moved into my new place, in Oklahoma, back in March at which time we did a thorugh walk thru. But at that time didn't find any problems except that it needed to be cleaned. Our electrice wasn't turned on at the time either, so we later found out that our Refrig is ruining half of our food. It freezes anything on the top shelf and everything on the bottow spoils. Then we found out that we have a MAJOR roach infestation. We killed 91 in an eight hour span. We found aggressive black mole growing in our ceiling. Our stackable dryer broke about 3 weeks ago. As of today, I have given them 4 written notices to fix all these issues. However, they either refuse to do anything, lie to us saying that they fixed it last week, or mask the problem. I have resently found out that black mold can be fatal to someone with asthma, which I have. They did come by once and scrap some plaster off the ceiling, but you can still see where it is growing between the plaster and the drywall. Since we moved here I have been sicker and had more asthma attacks. I am in fear for my health, I want out. What can I do? Are they in breach of lease for not taking care of these things and not telling us that there was a roach problem? The landlady told us last month that all the apartmens have roaches but ours is one of the worst. Please help.

It is permitted to break the lease (or sue for the decreased lease value in small claims) if they have failed to comply with the lease and/or there are health, noise or safety concerns--but save all information, evidence etc. in case they dispute the situation and try to take you to small claims court.
